My career spans design, marketing and branding, strategic planning, program and event facilitation, project management, and client relations. I am a confident public speaker and enjoy representing the organizations I serve as both ambassador and champion.
For more than a decade, I was part of the national business association Advanced Energy United, joining just three months after its founding (then Advanced Energy Economy). Over the years, I helped shape the organization’s direction — first experimenting with engagement models and launching what became its corporate membership program, and later joining the executive leadership team in 2019. In this role, I built and led multiple program areas, developed and managed the sales, engagement, marketing, and communications teams, and partnered closely with the philanthropic fundraising team. My contributions were central to the organization’s growth and long-term sustainability.
Prior to that, I co-founded Millville Partners, a strategic marketing firm dedicated to the clean energy and sustainable building sectors. There, I collaborated to design and launch key sector-building programs such as the Clean Energy Fellowship, a Governor’s Clean Energy Challenge, and early communication campaigns that highlighted the successes of companies supported by the then-nascent MassCEC.
I currently serve as Chair of the Rhode Island Distributed Generation Board; as a member of the board and executive committee for the Alliance for Climate Transition (ACT, formerly NECEC); and as Vice Chair and board member of PowerOptions, New England’s largest nonprofit energy consortium.
I hold a degree in architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design and a Global MBA with Distinction from Thunderbird School of Global Management, which included coursework in the United States, China, and Peru. I was recognized in both programs with awards for leadership and service, qualities I have carried throughout my career.
I am known as a creative problem solver and a skilled convener who can balance ambitious goals with the needs of diverse stakeholders. Colleagues describe me as an “epic herder of cats” — someone who brings order, clarity, and momentum to complex challenges.
